work life is about modifying the way you work in order to accommadate other responsibilties or aspirations in other areas of your life . planning is essential in order for you to forecast what will happen in future and current lifesytle. it reflects on your work situations where you are in terms of your career . employees have the options to take flexi- time working,part time working , jobsharing , working from home or telecommuting and term -timeworking .
